- what has happened with all that? uranium mining in the outback - wastelands and genocide - ever see Where the Green Ants Dream? that herzog movie is mentioned in a previous post here not long ago... those people with their 40 or 90 thousand year old culture got royally screwed like so many others on this planet... whatever it was... land, sheep, uranium, gold, diamonds, whatever - that continent [the human cultures it supported] was "not prepared" for a "modern" invader, someone who could totally overrun them like that, just like it happend for Native America
