sitting around, talking, gossiping perhaps...
induldging, browsing, getting high, having drinks, etc.,
gabbing at the bar or around the water cooler or coffee machine
or sittin alone in one's room in front of the monitor
smoking our cigarettes, whatever... just like we are doing right now

but: what do we do ?????
