- TONIGHT -

-- Current [more later?] --

Stripes (1981)
Uncle Sam wants … Bill Murray? Yep. Murray stars as John Winger, an indolent sad sack who impulsively joins the Army after losing his job, car, girlfriend and apartment. For good measure, he cajoles his best friend (Harold Ramis) into enlisting, too. After making it through boot camp, the duo appropriates a state-of-the-art military vehicle for a weekend furlough, landing behind the Iron Curtain -- and into the midst of an international incident.
Starring: Bill Murray, Harold Ramis, More
Director: Ivan Reitman

- LAST NIGHT -

Ordinary Decent Criminal (2000)
Michael Lynch (Kevin Spacey) is a happy-go-lucky thief and head of a gang who takes delight in plotting and executing heists with the kind of élan that makes him a popular and charismatic figure in the very Dublin that he plunders. The story is loosely based on the life of Irish freedom fighter Martin Cahill, also chronicled in the 1998 film The General [see below: "upcoming"].
Starring: Kevin Spacey, Linda Fiorentino
Director: Thaddeus O'Sullivan

S.W.A.T. (2003)
Inspired by the 1970s action-packed TV series with the catchy theme song, this modern-day "S.W.A.T." stars Colin Farrell as Jim Street, an L.A.P.D. cop who joins the department's elite special weapons and tactics unit commandeered by Hondo (Samuel Jackson). They're up against a drug lord (Olivier Martinez) who's offering a million dollars to the first person who springs him from jail. Only the S.W.A.T. team can stop his plan.
Starring: Samuel L. Jackson, Colin Farrell, More
Director: Clark Johnson

The Crow (1994)
Young rock guitarist Eric Draven (Brandon Lee) and his fiancée are brutally killed by a ruthless gang of criminals. Exactly one year after his death, Eric returns -- watched over by a hypnotic crow -- to seek revenge. The Crow features Lee's last performance before his untimely death.
Starring: Brandon Lee, Ernie Hudson, More
Director: Alex Proyas

- Night Before Last -

The City of Lost Children (1995)
(La cité des enfants perdus)
When a mad scientist kidnaps children to steal their dreams, only a brave little girl and a kindhearted circus strongman can save the lost children. This astonishing sci-fi fairytale features fantastic visuals from co-directors Jean-Pierre Jeunet and Marc Caro, as well as inventive costumes from Jean-Paul Gaultier. Part vision, part nightmare, The City of Lost Children is a brilliant glimpse of another world.
Starring: Ron Perlman, Marc Caro, Judith Vittet
Director: Jean-Pierre Jeunet, More

- upcoming -

The General (1998)
(I Once Had a Life)
John Boorman won Best Director at the Cannes Film Festival for this chronicle of Ireland's notorious Robin Hood, Martin Cahill (Brendan Gleeson), who was killed by the Irish Republican Army in 1994. Cahill grows from a scrappy boy into an unremorseful adult with a penchant for stealing from the rich. His lifetime nemesis, police inspector Ned Kenny (John Voight), trails Cahill relentlessly as his robberies become increasingly audacious.
Starring: Brendan Gleeson, Adrian Dunbar
Director: John Boorman
